These books give great insight into what a typical day looks like in this specific career. For example, each book discusses the location of the career, the type of preparation required to work in the career, an example of someone in that career, and the types of daily activities he/she does in the job. The photographs of each book truly depict the kind of work related to each career. These non-fiction books include numerous non-fiction text features to support the reader in understanding the important facts in the book. Some non-fiction text features included in each book are engaging photographs, a table of contents, labels, headings, bold-faced words, a diagram, a glossary, and an index.
