In this series, the reader takes an adventure to four different U.S. National Parks. The Blastoff Discovery books have engaging photographs and information to keep readers captivated. Each book focuses on a unique feature of each national park, plants and wildlife of the national park, location, what to expect when visiting the national park, top sites within the national park, and facts about the national park. These non-fiction books include numerous non-fiction text features to support the reader in understanding the important facts in the book. Some non-fiction text features included in each book are engaging photographs, a table of contents, labels, headings, bold-faced words, a map, diagrams, a glossary, and an index. National Parks are a gift to us all but not easily accessible to all of us. These books allow anyone to get an idea of the amenities of the national park without having to physically visit the park. The books’ photographs of the terrain can make any reader imagine the adventures awaiting at each of these national parks.
